Our Annual Support Contracts are by far the best way for customers to receive optimal service. Our prices are on the average 20% lower than competitor vendors and offer enhanced services.

Lytec™ Medical Billing Software or AltaPoint™ Practice Management Software $695.00 Annual Support Contract includes:

• Up to 5 hours of telephone support ($625 value)
• 1 emergency visit within 20 miles radius, up to 2 hours (includes trip charge) ($300 value)
• Quarterly newsletter subscription ($40 value)
• Annual "Healthcheck" visit to assess your system’s health, integrity, tune-up, check backup functions, recommend improvements and updates ($550 value)
• Total value of $1515 for $695.00
• Access to after hours emergency support number

Single User: $499.00

Multi-User: $599.00

*Merlin™ Annual Fees are Licensure and support fees and are not optional. The annual fee allows user to continue using their licensed product. Includes free telephone support with free upgrades. Lincesing is based on the number of SF12™ / SF36™ questionaires generated over the course of the year and is negotiated with Quality Medrics™ and us.

BOSS™ for Case Managers and Discharge Planners:

Single-User: $449.00

Multi-User: $599.00

Multi-Site: $825.00 (up to 5)

• BOSS™ support includes unlimited annual telephone support, quarterly newsletters and free upgrades.

Customers who do not have annual support contracts can still receive support services at normal rates of:

• $125 per call (1 hr maximum per call), must be paid by credit card at time of service
• $125 per hour plus $50 trip charge (within 20 miles) for on-site work
